Nexus Lore Ventures is led by Damien Stile, an entrepreneur and executive leader with more than twenty-five years of experience building, scaling, and leading in the complex, highly regulated world of customhouse brokerage and logistics.
He founded and grew Alba Wheels Up International into one of the most respected customhouse brokers in the United States, led the company through a strategic private equity transaction, and continued as chief executive through that partnership, where he directed a technology and AI transformation across the enterprise. That work confirmed the conviction that has guided his career: technology, in the right hands, sharpens expertise rather than replacing it, and disciplined builders build businesses that endure.
His focus now is on what comes next, approached with the same discipline that has defined his career: a conviction that experience, judgment, and trust, paired with modern technology, are what create lasting value.
Damien holds a bachelor's degree in economics and finance from Bentley University and an MBA in entrepreneurship from Babson College. He is a licensed U.S. customs broker and an active member of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO).
